Very happy. Arrived on time. Gave option of trickle vents or stays. Explained possibility the upvc may split (it didn’t) came to do the work when he said and charged as quoted. Would recommend and use again.

Broken french door locking mechanism replaced

Dan turned up on time and as discussed on the phone was able to open the doors which had become stuck shut due to the old broken mechanism which he then replaced. We would have no hesitation in using Dan’s services again and would highly recommend.

Bottom bracket on window unit snapped off due to wind

My mother left her upstairs bedroom window open whilst it was windy. The wind forced the bottom bracket on the window unit to break. I phoned Dan, who asked for pictures If the broken window and he gave me a really reasonable quote. He attended my mother’s property, fixed the window and left no mess. Really professional and would highly recommend.

Within minutes I was given a Quote over WhatsApp. I requested this via email for my insurance company. Again within minutes email was sent. I booked the job. Then within 30 min someone came out measured up. The .Price was confirmed as quoted and the unit was made and fitted within two hours . The guys removed the shattered glass and fitted the new unit. Removing all broken glass leaving the house and garden tidy. All staff I spoke to were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
