I have used Dan a number of times for locks, main door and a window lock fixed. Every time Dan has been on time or early and is so quick to do a repair! He is courteous and extremely helpful and has also at times charged us less than we expected due to discovering the issue wasn’t as serious as originally thought. Can’t recommend high enough, don’t go anywhere else, we certainly won’t be!

Replace front door lock

Dan responded very quickly, replacing the front door lock, which was sticking and couldn’t be used. He was polite and friendly, and kept me informed about what needed doing and then got on and did it. He went out of his way to get the job done and dusted on the day, including getting extra keys cut, which was much appreciated. I’ve used Dan’s services previously and would be pleased to use his services again.

New window fitted

Really pleased with Dan’s work, he completed the job quickly and him and his work colleague wore masks for their visit which I appreciated. Dan was friendly and courteous and kept in good contact about when the replacement window was ready. The new window looks excellent ! Their visit was a breeze and I’d definitely recommend Dan to others 🙂 cheers Dan!

New door lock fitted

I’d highly recommend Dan. He was available on the same day, within a short while of initial contact. Gave me a price for the job before he arrived. And placed a new door lock on my composite door.

Replaced x3 double glazing units

They both arrived on time as agreed wearing the required PPE. The work to replace the double glazing units only took a couple of hours including the tidying up and I am very happy with the quality of the work. I would have no hesitation using them again.

Changed a lock after losing a front door key

We’re brilliant, responded urgently to a lost key, were there with in the same day. Professional to time, work rate and price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Second time I have used this company in three years for Window locks and replacement conservatory glass today. Excellent efficient service from first phone call to measuring and then fitting. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

 

 

Fitting a cat flap in bifold doors

Excellent service from everyone at Keyglaze couldn’t have asked for a easier experience booking my cat flap installation from the efficient and fast messages back and forth from Laura to the fast installation by the lovely 2 gentleman who installed the cat flap. Price was quoted perfect and was very reasonable. The day of installation went very smooth no mess left and a quick in and out situation very professional and respectful workmen I highly recommend and will definitely use again if any more work needs doing.
