Replace lock on front door
I only contacted Keyglaze yesterday and Laura arranged for Dan and Mike to come out today. The lads were lovely, professional, knowledgeable and fitted the new lock quickly and efficiently. As my daughter is autistic, she struggles with any change so Laura let me know when the lads were on their way so I could get her settled. I can’t fault this company and would definitely use them again.
To replace a barrel in a front door lock which was twisted, would lock from outside but not inside.

Replacement hinges and overall check and maintenance of windows
I am so pleased and delighted with this company. Dan got back to me straight away following my telephone request for a quote. He requested clear information and gave a competitive quote and a suggested set of dates for the work to be carried out. He and Michael arrived on time, did everything they said they would (and give a window a tweak to sort it out gratis!) and when they left- apart from the now perfect fitting windows!) you wouldn’t know they had been. I am not easily pleased but this is a superb company and I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

The 2 lads turned up on time, worked non stop even though they had a few problems with the poor manufacture of the existing windows, they completed the job without any complaints and did a first class job.

Brilliant experience from calling and speaking to Laura yesterday who was friendly and helpful. Having spoken to another local company who said it would be 6 weeks for a repair, Laura said she could have Dan there the next day!! Quoted a reasonable price and given a sensible appointment window. Dan was on time, professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly. He explained the issue and the options I had. He also happily gave me advice on other home improvement issues I’m having – sound advice!! Highly recommend just a shame all tradesmen aren’t this reliable, honest and professional.

Changed glass in a large window
Experience was good from start to finish. Quote was provided quickly and glass was fitted in a little over two weeks. Window looks great and no mess left at all. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Keyglaze called shortly after I’d put my job request in. They came out measured the glass and the next week came out with the new glass and cat flap. Fitted without any fuss. Fitters were very polite and respectful of my property. They definitely were knowledgeable and would recommend.
