He was quickly contacted and attended within the hour. Access was gained to my property and the lock repaired without the need for a new lock. No damage was caused. An extremely professional service from start to finish, I recommend totally and would use again without hesitation.
Old internal door lock removed and new one fitted

I had heard good things about Keyglaze, and when my front door wouldn’t open with the key I tried them. superb service from the start to the end. highly recommend their engineer Dan
Replace door locking mechanism and door handle to UPVC front door.
“The work was completed within the time to allow for the fixed price to be maintained. The work was at the home of my mother who is in her 90s. After I had left her house, she phoned me to say that the door handle was too stiff for her to open it. When I phoned Dan, he was very busy but agreed to find time between jobs to go to my mother’s house. I got to the house just a few minutes before him and he adjusted the locking mechanisms so that my mother could easily lock or unlock the door. No extra charge was requested. I recommend this tradesman.”
