Replacement of glass units for existing pvc windows

Dan and his team replaced several glass units in windows of our first home. The work was carried out efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

Window would not open, repair was made to the mechanism

Would highly recommend, appointment was made but we received a call asking if they could come a bit earlier, which was great. Very polite and professional, did a great job and cleaned up leaving no evidence he was ever in the house. Kept me up to date with what he was doing and didn’t mind my dogs all over him when he first arrived. Can’t recommend enough. Great job.

Window locks

Quick and clear response to email enquiries; called when they said they would, discovered that window locks didn’t need replaced after all; polite professional attitude and said they wouldn’t charge a callout fee though it wasn’t their error… so no actual record of their work but seem a trustworthy firm.

Patio Door Catching Needed adjusting

Dan advised one of hinge adjusters was damaged by previous adjustment but identified solution to swap good middle hinge with damaged top hinge Saved buying new one and he fixed it there and then All good door closing better than it has ever done since we moved in Very reliable and great communications from first call to completion Thanks Dan
